The mansion:

Our Basaltwerkvilla was built in 1911 in Art Nouveau style and bears the signature of an Italian architect.
During its life it was used primarily as a private residence. After a year of extensive renovation, their stately rooms now shine in new splendor.

Ideal for spending a wonderful time with family or friends, and also suitable for smaller celebrations in a special setting (subject to an additional charge depending on the length of stay), as well as seminars or self-catered retreats with accommodation. We’re open to almost anything, except groups of construction workers/contractors.

All living spaces are exceptionally spacious and kept spotlessly clean. The cosy, fully equipped kitchen as well as the stylish, generous living and dining area with a small fireplace invite you to linger. In addition to two bathrooms, there is also a separate toilet.
