Thanks to the villa’s hillside setting, you can enjoy unobstructed views across the open landscape or the nearby forest while having your morning coffee in the kitchen or out on the adjoining balcony.
The covered terrace on the ground floor opens onto the villa’s own meadow, overlooking the bordering woodland.
The natural monument Großer Gleichberg and its protected nature reserve are right on your doorstep. A wonderful retreat for anyone seeking peace and quiet, and at the same time a paradise for walkers, hikers, and cyclists.
